At Compliance Baba, we primarily deliver our services digitally through email, secure portals, and client dashboards. However, in rare instances where physical delivery of documents is necessary, the following policy applies:


📨 Digital Delivery (Default Mode)
  • All standard services — including registration certificates, filings, reports, and agreements — are delivered electronically via email or uploaded to our secure cloud folders.

  • Turnaround time depends on the specific service selected, and is clearly communicated at the time of engagement.


📬 Occasional Physical Shipments

In limited cases, physical copies of certain documents (e.g., stamped agreements, notarised papers, share certificates, etc.) may be shipped to the client. When applicable:

  • Courier Partners: We use trusted courier services (e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post) for shipping within India.

  • Dispatch Timeline: Documents are generally dispatched within 2–5 working days after service completion and approval.

  • Shipping Charges: Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated in advance and billed separately.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be shared as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

  • Shipping Locations: Currently, physical delivery is offered within India and UAE only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural disruptions once a package has been handed over.

  • Clients must ensure correct delivery address and contact details are provided at the time of request.

  • If you require certified hard copies, please mention this explicitly while placing your order.
