⚠️ Important Note on TDS
The client/user acknowledges that payments made to Compliance Baba for professional or consultancy services may be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194C, 194J, or any other applicable provision of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
The client/user agrees to:

Deduct TDS at the applicable rate in accordance with prevailing tax laws

Deposit the deducted amount with the Government of India within the prescribed timelines

Furnish the TDS certificate (Form 16A) to Compliance Baba within the statutory due date
In case Compliance Baba furnishes a certificate for lower or NIL deduction under Section 197, the client/user shall comply accordingly.
Failure to provide Form 16A may lead to follow-ups or service delays until the tax compliance is completed.
